Care & Compassion

What you need is a passion for child growth and development, just like us. You'll create fun and interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers because you are caring, compassionate, and love what you do. You'll ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines, implementing company standards, and communicating directly with team members and parents for the child's success. Maintaining a clean, organized, fun, and interactive classroom is key. Candidates should have an Associate Degree in ECE/Child Development or a CDA (a plus), experience in a licensed childcare facility (strongly preferred), be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, and be able to pass a background check.
